The Friday Letter
One email, every Friday. 600–1,000 words. No filler.
The week, the struggle, the numbers, the next — and a thank-you.
This week's release
What actually shipped — and if we didn't ship, we say so.
One community highlight
One person, one contribution, one genuine thank-you.
One play spotlight
A deep-link to one solution play with a 2-sentence why-it-matters.
One useful link
The single most useful thing the founder read this week — usually not ours.
Subscribe — two ways, same letter
Pick whichever you already live in. Both get the exact same edition, the same day. The Substack mirror exists so the list is ours — no single platform owns the relationship with you.
A promise about the numbers
We care more about whether the letter is readthan how many people it's sent to. Our north-star is the open-rate, not the subscriber count — 1,500 people who open beats 10,000 who never do. If an edition isn't useful, we'd rather you unsubscribe than pad a vanity metric.
