Data Processing Agreement
Eligible business customers can request service-specific data-processing terms for the contracted service. This page describes the request process; it is not itself an executed agreement.
What the agreement covers
- controller and processor roles for the contracted processing;
- processing purpose, data categories, data subjects, and duration;
- the current sub-processor register and change-notification terms;
- security measures, incident cooperation, data-subject assistance, and audit information;
- return and deletion terms at the end of service; and
- Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism where required.
Regional scope
Processing locations depend on the contracted service and the applicable sub-processors. Any residency commitment applies only when it is technically verified and stated in the signed order form or DPA. Cross-border transfers use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism.
